The main idea of ​​the project is inspired by the northern character of the Gulf of Finland: a symbiosis of water, stone, dunes and coniferous forest.

The protagonist of the project is a person striving to improve wild nature.

The internal dramaturgy of the project is the spiritualization of rough boulders from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Finland, covered with moss and the patina of time. Boulders can be cleaned, warmed with the warmth of your hands and carved out of a rough into something that will acquire value — the walls of your beloved home, inside which a hearth will be created that will become the semantic foundation of the house.

The image of a scattering of stones runs through the project as a red thread and is a kind of connective tissue for all designed elements.

The design area is located in Zelenogorsk and is an area of ​​almost 2 hectares. The site is located in a development regulation zone and, of course, has a number of restrictions. One of the main restrictions is the regulation of the maximum construction area of ​​one building. Due to this restriction, 17 three-storey residential blocks and one four-storey commercial block were placed on the site.

There are parking spaces along the perimeter of the site, and in the center there is a large courtyard with playgrounds, areas for recreation and walking. Due to the fact that the blocks of houses are assembled into a complex composition, many picturesque and complex walking routes are formed on the site, similar to short but capacious interludes between significant volumes of buildings.

The conscious rejection of the standard configuration of buildings in favor of impulsive and multifaceted outlines helped not only from an ideological point of view, because it became a reference to working with natural forms, but also greatly facilitated the work with building density and insolation of apartments.

The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that from the very first day work was carried out not only on the nature of the architectural appearance, but also on the product as a whole. Together with the customer, an apartment design, a portrait of the target client, an understanding of what the common areas, courtyards, and so on should be like were formed. At a certain point, marketers got involved in the project, some things were improved, but a global rethink did not happen. All team members embraced the idea and contributed to its development and growth.

The plasticity of the facades is played with transom bricks with a gradient of shade from dark below to almost snow-white above. The gradient is a reference to working with stone. The light facades clearly illustrate their resistance to the contrasting shade of the dark emerald forest, and the large windows of the apartments set an elegiac tone for the project and transmit the warmth of the Human hearth to the surroundings.
